About Gregg

Gregg Corso

As an expert in launching and expanding tech-enabled products and programs, I have a proven track record of driving growth and expansion across multiple industries. As Global Head of Launch Operations at Superpedestrian, I led the launch of 60 city markets across 12 countries, utilizing my expertise in project management, operations, policy, and infrastructure to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growth. Prior to that, as Senior Operations Manager at Zagster, I directed operations for over 100 micromobility programs and successfully launched the company's e-mobility programs. I also have experience as an Operations & Logistics Manager at Uber, where I was one of the first hires after the JUMP Bikes acquisition, responsible for launching, operating, and maintaining e-bikes and scooters in New England. Since 2018 I have focused on initiatives bringing new vehicles to market, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and safety.

In addition to experience in micromobility, I have also held operations leadership roles in environmental, utility, security, and facilities management industries. I was challenged to grow revenue through geographic expansion and launching new products and services in each of these roles.

I founded Gregg Corso Consulting in 2021 to support several early-stage startups by providing operations, business development, and launch project management.
